Full refunds are available up to 7 days before the event, subject to an administration fee of £2.50 per ticket. For cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours prior to the event, a 50% refund will be issued. Unfortunately, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event.
